Summer Popsicles with Big Flavor

Taste the biggest, beautiful, pure wild orange flavor in these Popcicles 1 Popsicle tray with sticks or ice cube tray and toothpicks 1 can frozen juice concentrate (orange, white grape, or juice of choice) 1/2 Can water 2 oz plain greek yogurt 1 tsp vanilla 1 drop wild orange essential oil Blend in blender and pour into tray. Add sticks or toothpicks and freeze. Wild orange gives a great boost to mood. Feel alive and happy!
Tomato Basil Soup:
2 tbsp butter
1 C Chicken Broth
3 C tomato Juice
4 C tomatoes, diced
10 fresh basil leaves
1/2 C half and half, Warmed
Rosemary Essential Oil, doTERRA CPTG one toothpick dipped in and swirled into soup
Basil Essential Oil, doTERRA CPTG one toothpick dipped in and swirled into soup for big flavor!
Heat butter in large saucepan. While the butter heats, stir continuously until the butter begins to brown. Add broth and tomato juice.
Add all other ingredients except half and half, and essential oils.
Simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat, Blend until smooth,
add half and half and essential oils.
I have also added cooked chicken, it's delicious!
Fresh Peach Pie

Ingredients
2/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup all-purpose flour cinnamon essential oil, swirl a toothpick in oil, then in with peach 5 to 5 1/2 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches (5 to 6 medium) 1 drop Pure lemon essential oil 1 teaspoon lemon juice pie crust Directions
1 Place cookie sheet on oven rack. Heat oven to 400°F. 2 In large bowl, mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in peaches and lemon oil and lemon juice. Spoon into frozen crust. While second crust is still in pan and frozen, remove crimp with sharp knife. Remove crust from pan and center frozen crust upside down on top of filled pie. Let thaw 10 minutes; crimp edges together. Cut 2 or 3 slits in top crust. Cover edge of crust with pie shield or foil strips. 3 Bake on cookie sheet about 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and juice is thick and bubbly. Cover entire top of pie loosely with foil if crust is getting too brown. Cool on cooling rack at least 2 hours.

Ingredients:
Mint Cream Filled Pin-Wheel Cookies
Mix this in one bowl
1 devil's food cake mix
1/2 C. Coconut oil
2 eggs
Mix this in another bowl
1 Yellow cake mix
1/2 C Coconut oil
2 eggs
Mix each cake mix separately with the coconut oil and eggs, so you have chocolate dough
and yellow dough.
Roll out yellow dough on Parchment paper, Roll it into a rectangular shape, about 12"X 6". Roll out chocolate dough on a separate piece of parchment, Layer the chocolate dough on the yellow dough. Roll up together, starting at the 12 " side.
Mint Cream filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 square butter
2 tsp vanilla
3 drops Pure Peppermint essential oil
2 to 4 C powdered sugar
Mix all the frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost Backs of cookies and place together to make Pin-wheel cookies.
HOMEMADE COOKIES FILLED WITH MINT CREAM

Herb Focaccia Bread with Basil, Oregano, Rosemary Olive oil dip!
